Ground & Grow is a transformative three to six month somatic coaching program designed to help individuals deepen their connection to self, body, and values while cultivating the confidence and empowerment needed to create meaningful change. This program integrates mindfulness and somatic practices to increase self-awareness, emotional regulation, and alignment with personal goals.
90-Minute Initial Planning Session – This foundational session is an opportunity to get to know one another, explore your needs and aspirations, and co-create a personalized three to six month plan. Together, we will define mindfulness and somatic goals tailored to your unique journey, ensuring that your experience is intentional and aligned with your personal growth.
Ongoing Coaching & Skill-Building – Throughout the program, sessions will focus on increasing bodily awareness, emotional skills and intelligence, and alignment with core values. Clients will develop practical skills to shift emotional patterns, transform self-perception, and create lasting changes in habits such as eating, movement, social interactions, and digital engagement.
Mindfulness & Somatic Practices – Each session incorporates guided mindfulness exercises, movement-based awareness, nervous system regulation techniques, and reflective practices to enhance embodiment and deepen personal insight. Clients will learn to navigate emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and foster a sense of grounded confidence in their daily lives.

Objectives: 90-Minute Initial Planning Session: Define personal goals, values, and desired outcomes. Assess current patterns in body awareness, emotional regulation, and daily habits. Body Awareness & Grounding Techniques: Breathwork, guided body scans, and grounding exercises to establish present-moment awareness. Somatic Tracking: Identifying bodily sensations, emotional triggers, and patterns of stress or disconnection. Exploring Identity & Values: Reflection exercises to clarify personal values, strengths, and areas for growth.
Objectives: Deepen somatic skills and apply them to daily life, relationships, and decision-making. Embodying Confidence & Self-Expression: Explore posture, movement, and voice to build a felt sense of confidence. Addressing Emotional Blocks: Somatic exercises to process stored emotions, stress responses, and limiting beliefs. Relational Patterns & Boundaries: Practice attuning to body cues in relationships, setting boundaries, and shifting patterns of connection. Mindful Habits & Behavioral Shifts: Identify and adjust habits related to eating, movement, technology use, and self-care. Nervous System Regulation: Learn tools for calming and activating the nervous system through movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Objective: Solidify practices for sustained personal growth and self-trust. Rituals & Daily Integration: Design personalized routines to maintain self-connection and mindfulness. Somatic Decision-Making: Learn how to use bodily intuition and somatic signals for empowered decision-making. Resilience & Adaptive Coping: Develop strategies to navigate setbacks, stress, and unexpected life shifts with greater ease. Creative & Expressive Practices: Integrate movement, journaling, art, or music as tools for self-expression. Closing & Reflection: Celebrate progress, define next steps, and create a sustainable long-term plan for continued embodiment and self-trust.
