Mindfulness + Massage = A whole new level of healing from chronic stress.

All sessions combine massage, yoga, mindfulness, and somatic awareness building exercises to meet client needs and preferences. If you’re ready to change your relationship with stress, this combination of techniques will help guide you to new relationships with your thoughts, emotions, and how you hold stress in your body.

Sessions are offered for $135 per 60 minute session.

Massage and Yoga can be tools for trauma processing.

The way our bodies and minds store trauma is different from other memory processes. Involving the body in trauma processing often can offer deeper healing than talk therapy alone.
